Exploring and Downloading Apps on an Android Phone

About this event

Apps are pieces of software that help you do something on your smartphone, and there are thousands of them available! Let's start exploring all that apps have to offer so you can make the most of your Android Phone. This workshop will cover searching and evaluating apps on the App Store, downloading them to your phone, and finding and deleting them from your device. No registration required.

WRL is partnering with Senior Planet from AARP to help adults (age 60-plus) use technology to learn new skills, save money, get in shape, and make new friends. In addition to the classes below, Senior Planet has virtual programs available on https://seniorplanet.org and a tech help hotline where older adults can call and get one-on-one assistance over the phone at (888) 713-3495.
