About this event
We are celebrating Guy Fawkes Day also known as Bonfire Night!
November 5 is a celebratory night in British tradition to commemorate a failed plot to assassinate King James I. Conspirators planned to blow up the Houses of Parliament intending to kill the king and parliament members. One of the conspirators, Guy Fawkes, was in charge of guarding the gunpowder stored beneath the House of Lords. Fawkes was exposed and questioned by British authorities leading to his confession of the Gunpowder Plot.
In honor of this celebratory evening, we will be hosting our very own Bonfire Night with a fire in the Pub Garden!
Our Special Cocktail “The Gin Fawkes” will be available starting at 5, and the bonfire will start at 5:30. Festivities will truly kick off with a special announcement from the Publican in the Pub Garden at 6:00!
