Lawson announced that Katherine Bradshaw, CPA has been promoted to Controller to manage accounting operations ahead of Annette Gavrish's upcoming retirement.
Bradshaw, who joined in September 2023, brings experience from Armada Hoffler and Brillio to support the company’s strategic growth.

State lawmakers approved a budget Monday that added Newport News and Hampton to the Safer Communities program (which funds local efforts like hiring credible messengers to reduce gun violence).
The new funding is set to move to the governor for final approval.
