  • James City County police are asking the public to help locate missing 16-year-old Devaughn Gray—who was last seen on Cowpen Court on Wednesday evening—and anyone with information should call 757-566-0112.  13News Now
  • Newport News police arrested Robert Keith Packer on Thursday at 12:30 p.m. in connection with a dog attack on Barbour Drive—where two dogs injured four people on Monday and two required hospital care—and charged him with Felony Animal Attack, Dogs Running at Large, and Failure to Pay City Dog Tax.  WTKR

  • Saturday night's drawing will feature a $1.7 billion Powerball jackpot where a winner can choose a 30-year annuity or a lump sum with a cash value of roughly $770.3 million—24% is withheld immediately for federal taxes.
