At Todd Stadium this weekend, the Newport News Car and Bike Show raised funds for Project Lifesaver—an effort that provides free tracking bracelets to help locate loved ones who wander.
Sheriff Gabe Morgan said about 70 residents already benefit, and each bracelet costs around $300 when bought at full price.
