  • At Yorktown, Navy Petty Officer Jackson Bower pleaded guilty to dereliction of duty, negligent homicide, and making a false official statement during a boating drill on April 28th that killed 22-year-old sailor Lyndon Cosgriff-Flax—he was sentenced to 70 days at the Chesapeake Brig.  13News Now
