The Elizabeth River Trail Foundation and Spinclusion merged on November 15th to expand free adaptive cycling rides for seniors, veterans and people with mobility challenges—this merger will create a paid Spinclusion position and more inclusive ride events along the Elizabeth River Trail.

Newport News Public Schools announced book titles and plans for One City Reads to get everyone reading together this month.

Elementary students will read The One and Only Ivan while middle school students read Framed plus families can join reading activities until December 19.
