Quiet Company - A Silent Book Club Meetup

About this event

Quiet Company A Silent Book Meetup at Nansemond Brewing Station Sometimes the best company is shared in silence. Join us for Quiet Company, a relaxed gathering for readers who want to enjoy a good book in the company of fellow book lovers without the pressure of assigned reading, discussion questions, or social expectations. Bring whatever you're currently reading, grab your favorite beverage, and settle in for an evening of quiet reading. After our silent reading hour, you're welcome to stay and chat with other readers, share book recommendations, or simply head home if you'd rather keep the peaceful vibe. How It Works: Bring any book you're currently reading Grab a drink and find a cozy spot Enjoy one hour of quiet reading Stay afterward for optional conversation and book recommendations No assigned books. No required discussion. No pressure. Whether you're an avid reader, trying to read more, or just looking for a calm way to spend an evening, Quiet Company is for you. Come alone or bring a friend - everyone is welcome.
