- ➤ Two crashes on I-664 in Newport News on Tuesday morning caused delays with a two-mile backup after lanes reopened—one occurred northbound in the Monitor Merrimac Memorial Bridge Tunnel before 6:30 a.m. and the other happened southbound around 6:45 a.m.—with no injuries reported. 13News Now
