About this event
What happens when we stop pretending we're okay?
What happens when faith and mental health are finally allowed to sit at the same table?
Welcome to Christ & The Couch, a three-day conference experience designed to bridge the gap between spiritual wellness and emotional health through honest conversations, practical tools, and trauma-informed spaces.
For too long, many believers have been forced to choose between faith and therapy, prayer and professional support, spiritual growth and emotional healing. Christ & The Couch was created because we believe you shouldn't have to choose.
This conference brings together faith leaders, mental health professionals, ministry workers, and everyday people seeking healing in a safe, supportive environment where both faith and feelings are welcome.
Over the course of three days, attendees will experience powerful keynote sessions, educational breakouts, facilitated small groups, reflective activities, and meaningful conversations centered on topics such as:
• Church Hurt & Rebuilding Trust
• Anxiety, Depression & Faith
• Trauma & Triggers
• Boundaries & Emotional Health
• Grief, Loss & Unmet Expectations
• Identity, Shame & Self-Worth
• Healing Without Performance
• Mental Health in Ministry
Whether you're navigating burnout, processing past wounds, supporting others, or simply seeking a healthier understanding of yourself, Christ & The Couch offers space to learn, reflect, and grow.
